Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Stop Your Server

- Navigate to your server’s file manager or connect via SFTP.
- Locate your current world folder (usually named
world

, etc.). - Either delete it or rename it if you plan to save a backup.
3. Edit the World Preset
-
In the control panel, locate the world generation settings (or
server.properties
if editing manually). -
Change the
level-type
value to one of the following:default

Optionally, change
level-name
if you want to generate a new folder name.
4. Start the Server
- Save any changes you made.
- Restart the server.
- A fresh world will be generated using the selected preset.
Tips
- Use the World Manager in Beacon Hosting’s panel if available — it simplifies world creation.
- You can upload pre-generated or custom world files if you have specific terrain in mind.
🧠 Always back up your world before deleting or replacing it.
